Crude Soybean Oil Clarification System

FUNCTION:

That the oil produced by the soybean extrusion-pressing process can be marketed under crude oil sales chamber conditions, without prejudice to suffering penalties for concepts outside of receipt specifications, either due to phosphorus or sediments.

SUPPLY DESCRIPTION

Provision of equipment for oil degumming, guaranteeing the final product under chamber conditions.

Material to Process: Crude Soybean Oil from the Static Decanter outlet (Borrero)

SCOPE OF SUPPLY

Outlet pump Static decanter
Ripening tank with agitator, and supporting structure
oil heating system
Thermal fluid heating system, with its 2 temperature sensors and recirculation pump.
Tank for diluting gums in water, with a high-intensity agitator and a pneumatically controlled outlet pump.
Water Dosing Pump, with AISI 304 water storage tank (with float and top cover).
Interconnection pipes between Decanter and heating system

Commissioning supervision included.
