Rotative conditioner
Purpose: Maximize the soybean extrusion and pressing process, optimizing energy consumption.
Equipment designed to condition soybean moisture content and temperature before the extrusion/pressing step.
Characteristics:
It is a rotative conditioner with a fix envelope and rotating tubes inside.
The bean is heated by direct contact with the steam heated tubes.
The steam comes from a boiler running on a closed circuit, fed with demineralized water. Therefore, no water treatment plant is required, and there are no effluents. Purges are unnecessary.
The tube assembly is moved by a gear motor of variable speed that automatically adjusts production capacity.
The equipment can be tilted because it is mounted on an automatic tilting device that can adjust the soybean residence time based on the required capacity and the raw material temperature and moisture content, as well as the specified outgoing parameters.
A centrifugal fan circulates the air inside at variable speed. It is automatically adjusted to the minimum flow required by the process.
